This hotel is an absolute gem in Pattaya, where I felt like a VIP from the moment I arrived. The service was exceptional, and I've never experienced such attention to detail at a pool area. The spacious suite I stayed in was fantastic with amazing views, and the dining options were delicious. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, a few restaurant experiences could have been even better.
